These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of dissip, operated by Data4ward. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
dissip is a task and calendar management application combining GTD-style planning, an energy system, and calendar integrations. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
dissip offers a free tier and paid (Pro) features. Paid features are billed as described at purchase. Prices and the boundary between free and paid features may change; we will give reasonable notice of material changes.
You agree not to misuse the service, including: attempting to breach security or access other tenants' data, disrupting the service, or using it for unlawful purposes.
You retain ownership of the content you create in dissip. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that content to provide the service to you.
When you connect a third-party service (such as Google or Microsoft calendars), your use of that service is also governed by its own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Data4ward will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You may stop using dissip and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
